1 Charging is post usage, not pre-usage.
2 A resolution is counted when either the AI fully resolves the request without escalation after at least one interaction of user inquiry (none chitchat), or it hands the case over as instructed after at least three interactions.
3 An AI interaction is one automation cycle from user input to AI response, including all automation steps within that flow.
4 We automatically charge whichever is lower between the two pricing methods so usage stays fair across channels (e.g., email has much lower # of interactions per session, therefore one resolution price is not fair across all channels). In practice, this works like cost per interaction capped at cost per resolution.
