In Aissist.io, we strongly recommend all our customers to use auto-pilot as the long-term solution. The auto-draft and co-pilot solutions are there as a temporary phase and complementary solution, while the Auto-Pilot is the mode that can help you fully unleash the power of AI.

There are three benefits of using Auto-Pilot
First of all, it creates the most value. While auto-draft and co-pilot are useful to provide drafts for human to review, they don’t fully unleash the power of AI to booster productivity and speed because the AI still needs to be in the loop.
Secondly, it reduces the cost. Instead of having auto-draft on every interaction, Auto-pilot functions as tier 1 service for you - and auto escalate to human team, afterwards, the AI will stop working once the ticket has been taken over by human team.
Thirdly, it allows AI to continuously improve through iterations. We have multiple metrics set to monitor and guide the continuous improvement of AI. Those should be leveraged to continuously improve the performance of AI in your business.
In what scenario should we use auto-pilot vs. auto-draft and co-pilot?
Auto-pilot should be the end goal for all the business that employs Aissit.io. Auto-draft can be the initial step to test out the capabilities of AI and iterate on the fine-tuning to reach certain threshold before letting it run automatically. This process usually takes 2 - 8 weeks depending on the complexity of use cases and threshold of the target. The co-pilot is a complimentary function outside of the scope of previous two options.
