Role
Partner with customers to launch and scale AI workflows that improve service and sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customer accounts.
- Map customer processes into deployable automation workflows.
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to unblock customer needs.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years working with technical customers in SaaS, AI, or automation products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Hands-on with APIs, workflow tools, and troubleshooting across support and sales systems.
- Comfort owning implementation outcomes and driving adoption from kickoff to value.
