Role
Design and ship robust ML systems that power core product intelligence and AI quality.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and evaluate models for production use cases.
- Improve inference performance, reliability, and quality monitoring.
- Develop LLM/RAG pipelines to support domain-specific reasoning.
- Work with product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years building and shipping machine learning systems in production.
- Strong foundation in model training, evaluation, and inference optimization.
- Experience with LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, and model quality monitoring.
- Strong coding skills in Python and solid systems thinking for scalability and reliability.
- Bay Area or Greater Seattle location is a big bonus, but not required.
